With a professionally trained kitchen staff consisting of a head chef, several souse chefs, and an increasingly large number of waiters as well as an award winning bartender; we offer nothing but the best in local and international cuisine and drinks.

At the Cahal Pech Village resort we cater for a wide range of vacation and getaway expectations. Our cooking staff is well versed in the art of food preparation for both regional and international cuisine; while our wait staff will do anything within their power to make your vacation as memorable as possible.

During breakfast and lunch you are greeted by an open concept, dining area which overlooks the twin towns of San Ignacio and Santa Elena as the western winds gently welcomes you to the Maya Hills of Cahal Pech.
